The Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+) is excited to host its Midyear Conference in San Diego, May 16-19, 2019.

AONN+ will be hosting the 2019 Midyear Conference to be held May 16-19, 2019, in San Diego, CA. AONN+ will continue to advance the navigation profession by expanding the scope of educational sessions, networking opportunities, and industry-sponsored sessions through this conference. In addition, the Midyear Conference will address the evolving challenges of program improvement, the role of personalized medicine, and implementing best practices in navigation, survivorship, and psychosocial care. More than 400 nurse and patient navigators will gather to discuss the advancement of their profession in the changing healthcare system. Attendees will have the opportunity to make new connections with members in their field, share best practices, and meet with exhibitors whose products and services help them fulfill their mission of providing optimal patient care.
